ISM Founders Hub
An exclusive community of the most entrepreneurial students building their business, startup or vision.
Built by students, for students - Powered by ISM
What is ISM Founders Hub
Stationed at ISM, our close knit community empowers young students with high ambitions to build their dream. Our goal is to take in talent and give it a place to build.
Mentorship Experienced businessmen, founders and coaches come in and give concrete, usable advice.
Sessions are closed and members only, throughout the year - multiple business people, founders and mentors will come actively help members. The room stays small on purpose. With a small amount of active members a guest can sit down with you and spend real time on the thing you are actually stuck on. You leave with an answer to YOUR question.
Tools In an age where your velocity is measured by how well you use tools and technology, we hand you the tools and show you how they are used.
Every member gets the starter pack on day one: AI credits that cover the first months, the ad tooling we run ourselves, and a shared library of prompts and workflows the club keeps adding to.
Community An exclusive community of doers, not talkers.
Our community is built on hard work and proactivity. In this environment it is much more easy to achieve your goals and get advice on your next step. To maintain this, we will have weekly meetings presenting our next weeks plans and going over last weeks progress.
What is included
Everything a member gets, and what it actually means in practice.
Room 001
A room in the ISM building fitted out as a workspace. You work there between lectures or in the evening, and it is where the weekly meetings and the closed sessions happen.
Weekly meetings
Every week everyone says what moved and what the coming week looks like. 60 to 90 minutes, no slides. It is the thing that makes a week count, and it is the reason members stay.
Mentorship sessions
Closed sessions with founders, investors and operators who come in through the year. The group is small enough that a guest can spend real time on your problem instead of talking at a room.
Starter pack
AI credits that cover your first months, the ad tooling we run ourselves, and a shared library of prompts and workflows the club keeps adding to. You get it on day one and we open it on your project, in the room.
Open events and hackathons
Open events through the year, plus the hackathons we take part in, where members go in as teams with students from other universities. Members hear about them first and get the introductions on site.
The road on
We help you get ready for accelerator applications and for pitching investors, and we introduce you to the people worth knowing. In spring members pitch to a panel of Lithuanian funds and angels.
The people
Everyone here is building something, and every application is read against the same bar. That is what makes the room worth sitting in, and it is why we keep it small.
Who we are looking for
Everyone here already started. Some have their first paying customer. Some have a prototype that only runs on one laptop. What they share is that the thing exists.
We are looking for ambitious, perseverant and motivated talent. If you are a doer, apply.

FAQ
Do I need a registered company?
No. It is enough that you are building something specific and can show it moved.
Can I join if I do not study at ISM?
Yes, if you are building alongside an ISM student. You come in as part of the team.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Membership is free for students.
How much time does it take?
An active member comes to weekly meetups or sends a progress update. Below that the club will not do much for you yet.
Can I come and look before I apply?
Yes. Come to any public event.
